I put these next to each other the other day, and it actually boggles my mind. First photo isn’t even at my highest weight (126kg/277lb).
Healthy eating + exercising 1 hour a day, 6 days a week. Nothing crazy. No extreme diets. No hours spent in the gym daily. Hell, I don’t even have a gym membership.
Never going back. Still moving forward.
